ANDALUSIA TOWNSHIP ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the legal voters, residents of the Township of Andalusia in the county of Rock Island and the State of Illinois, that the Annual Town Meeting of said Township will take place on Tuesday April 8, 2014 being the second Tuesday of said month at the hour of 6:00 o’clock P.M.

At Andalusia Township Building, for the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the township; and after a Moderator has been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting; in accordance with the following agenda:

• Call to Order
• Selection of moderator
• Minutes of 2013 meeting
• Presentation of Annual reports
• Consideration of selling township equipment
• Notice of Annual Town Meeting

March 18th 2014 is the General Primary Election.

Important Dates:

• February 18, 2014 – Last day to register to vote.
• February 19, 2014 – Regular in person absentee voting begins at the County Clerk’s Office
• February 24, 2014 – Absentee voting by mail
• March 3, 2014 – Early voting at site locations begins

A special meeting to approve the town and road levy will be held Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 at the Township Garage.
